Definition

A Herrscher is a soul contained within the Herrscher core which holds instructions on what to do. The souls imprint onto the Herrscher host's soul to take control, in the current era the open nature of the cores allows the reverse to happen. Once a soul is the same in the core and body it the Herrscher is considered a True Herrscher.
