A Quasi-Herrscher is a being who has a connection to a Herrscher authority but not a connection to the core to use it.

Examples

The only known Quasi-Herrschers are Mobius and Fu Hua who experiemented on the captured Herrscher of Corruption to become similar to a sentient virus. In Elysian Realm the sims of the Quasi Herrscher Mobius and Fu Hua were able to become Herrschers due to gaining a connection to the core of the invading current era Herrscher of Corruption due to its open nature.
